Our kids love watermelon and this is such a refreshing drink for hot summer days or for an excuse to use left-over watermelon. This watermelon smoothie recipe is great for entertaining for adults or kids. It’s very healthy and very sweet and needs no additional sweeteners.
- 4 c. cubed watermelon
- 2 c. frozen strawberries
- 1-2 c. sparkling water
- 1 T. Chia seed, optional
- Put ingredients in blender in order listed. Blend for 1-2 minutes or until desired consistency. Serve immediately with ice and a straw.
