I got a donut hole maker for Christmas a couple years back and I admit I have NEVER used it! It looked so fun just sitting there in the pantry, and one day I decided to give it a whirl. I thought it was great! I made the following gluten free donut holes in less than 30 minutes and they were a little on the dry side, but very tasty.

Recipe:

1 cup gluten free featherlite flour.
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 cup vanilla almond milk (or any milk you choose)
1 tsp vanilla extract
scant 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients. Stir well and pour into pastry wells until full. Close lid and let cook for 5-7 minutes. Remove, and dip in cinnamon sugar for extra flavor (optional).
